System but I get the logic. Now during the period of COVID when businesses are forced to shut down and the “replacement” jobs literally don’t exist it makes no sense. People are trying to apply normal logic to a pandemic. Makes no sense.
A federal jobs act will almost certainly be the only way to curb COVID’s long term impact.
