I’m a lot more open minded than I was at 18-19. I’m 24 almost 25 now and the older I become, the more I learn about the world and people around me. What conservatives don’t like is criticism that challenges their beliefs in “traditional values” that hurt people.
I think this statement used to be true because people actually aquired capital/assets over the course of their life so as they got older they became more protective of what they had. That just isn’t the reality for current generations.https://twitter.com/SimonsSays89/status/1283837087591145473 …

Some of those traditional values have also made the world what it is today, so again.. They can’t take constructive criticism when it’s needed.
