This is better than that. The ruling is actually against his accountants for taxes and financials *and* his banks for records related to loan applications. If there are any discrepancies those form the basis of a host of fraud charges. The payoff accounting would just be icing.
Yea I just saw that its records as well. This is actually pretty significant.
