Yes it’s a very big deal - the set up now is for Wall Street to take the industry over leaving it a crime for many - it needs to be federally legalized

They already have in most states and again from a business standpoint I get why federal legalization is important but why would an average voter care about that when they just care if they can buy it in their state. This data is irrelevant IMO

But it’s not in most states - adult use is only legal in 11 states and there are several states that don’t even have medical - people are still going to jail for it
