I've never heard him mention the people in the district who can't drink out of their tap because the water would give them cancer and other not so fun medical conditions for over the last 10 years. Devin doesn't give a crap about the people in the district

Devin had an op Ed in 2010 where he opined against regulations from dairy runoff. The Tulare Lake Basin is very polluted with nitrates from big dairy.
