I was tested for free in Visalia two weeks ago and CVS in Tulare and Visalia also offer free drive through testing with results in 3 days.
Sorry for ranting but COVID hasn't even been handled in the US. I raised this point from the start, the Central Valley does not have the medical infrastructure necessary to handle this. We need to be extra cautious because of what this would do to the area if it blew up.

We're lucky to have UCSF & Valley Children's but I transferred a lot of cases out of Fresno to UCSF, Stanford, and other facilities on tough cases. What we do have is great for her but there's a shortage of that. Then the quality of care in small towns? mmmmm.....

It doesn’t help our medical capacity that city governments time after time have come out and said that they will not be enforcing COVID related laws. the main reason of those laws is to prevent these hospitals from going over capacity.
