Sigh....same. Luckily I know Phil and don’t believe he would vote against something like M4A but he sure as hell isnt going to run on it or be a vocal advocate for it.

The Central Valley is a political wasteland. Pure grift and cronyism. “Good ole boys”network. Water, oil, and farming are the only interests represented here, and it’s a god damn shame.
