Little known fact too though and fwiw is the county board of education seats essentially have zero power, unlike school boards. County board members can authorize charters, and I bet the Madera member was super pro charter. Other than that, the Atkins resignation is a bigger W.

From education system? That’s the worst. My husband teaches high school and he is one of the few teachers who actually live here and has kids in the schools.

I think the city should offer down payment assistance and co sign mortgages for teachers. Also, produce teachers. Local college should have a tie in with State 4 year college for teaching degree and certification
