Almost 100 people spoke and it was unanimously for defunding the police. Councilmembers would be directly ignoring their constituents if they did otherwise. Let's see who is really about it.

Well, Andy Hall seemed to agree somewhat his officers needed more time to be patrolling rather than serving as social workers and more. He may be open to shifting responsibilities. Anyone hear any different?
