No, Dary. Crowdsourcing doesn't not hold local government accountable for whats in their authority to do.
The two aren't mutually exclusive. I agree that they should do something to address it but people need help in the meantime.

Yeah we're on the same page, but the real demand is for Fresno to increase funding for this ASAP. As an influencer, you have a responsibility to not push flawed charity models that have no long-term stability.
