Mental health sucks here. Even the "experts" they have are not very expert-y. They don't even hardly have any *licensed* therapists in the Fresno County children's mental health. They are all unlicensed and are supervised by licenced professionals. (My son goes there).
They just said of those 15,000 911 calls almost all are PD response. The question I have, are they responding to things that realistically should be covered by another department such as mental health experts?

idk about you, but if I call a guy to unlock my car door, I prefer he have the ability to smell a suspicious smell inside, and possibly end up killing me when he perceives my protestations as a threat
