I was completely floored when they brought in the El Paso shooter unharmed last August. Guy opened fire at a walmart, killed 23 people, and just... walked into custody.
Same state that an off duty police officer killed Bo Jean in his own apartment.

The shooter was also from Dallas, incidentally. He drove down to El Paso specifically to target Hispanics.

The epitome of a Police self-own is this, still boggles my mind that people literally watch it unfold on TV and think that’s perfectly reasonable.
