Over 50% of the Federal budget is for Military and most cities budget is over 50% for their Police. Have we ever considered building communities instead of intimidating them because this clearly is not working.

It makes sense you'd need to invest in armies when you're only 2% of the population and you own the world. It's a smart investment for eternal exploitation of the masses at home and abroad.
