Agreed. Though I know enough cops to know they aren’t racist. (Bad apples apply here) but the policies & best practices of modern day policing have systemic racial bias baked in.

I def know cops who aren’t explicitly racist. The problem is that the system keeps those officers from speaking out. It’s a fraternity mentality that you aren’t allowed to speak out on. It’s the difference between not being racist and being anti racist.

Defending bad cops as bad apples is so ridiculous, they forgot the rest of the proverb about it spoiling the whole bunch. There's no good apples once the whole bunch is already spoiled.
