The legal exposure for the county just went up. Lawyers will sue businesses open without state approval and insurance carriers will deny those claims based on unauthorized openings. The county can get named in the lawsuit for officially sanctioning openings (legally)..
And if you take into account how interconnected the CV is, this heightens all of our risk. This is all getting very frustrating. Although I just saw a thread of you and MDM and I know you have it much worse right now.

The coverage issue isn't so clear nor is negligence on behalf of the opened business a slam dunk. It presents a chance to see who is right though, most likely. If anyone sues.
