I wonder where someone got that information? I keep a pretty thorough spreadsheet and graph it. It has never flattened. Dr. Vohra has never said it was flattened.
I would assume it was just a talking point and there was nothing to back it up. Regardless of how you look at the data the curve has not flattened.
