Can someone help me out, what is the check and balance on our local amazon deal? I believe they are supposed to give $58m to local schools or something along those lines. Are these payments public? Who is in charge of accountability on this?

When they opened a warehouse in Fresno it was a part of the contract because they decided to charge 0 taxes for 30 years. I want to know who keeps the records of them making good.
