It is quite literally one of the dumbest decisions possible. We tested like 5,000 and they were like yeah fuck it lets start to reopen and now that we actually have some testing centers all numbers are starting to rise.

& we havent event tested 1% of Fresno’s population. The numbers are probably higher than what is reported.

Exactly. Like as a small business owner, I get it. This is very frustrating and the fed has not done shit for us. As a human being who has a basic grasp of data, we are taking a long walk off of a short cliff.
