He didn’t hit the polling req but he hit the donor req, Delaney hit the polling req but was nowhere close to the donor req so it’s ridiculous that Delaney was allowed onstage to spew his BS but not Gravel

They could qualify from either polling or donors but prioritized candidates who had both because of the amount of people in the field. I never found anything saying one was prioritized over the other. Please provide if you have something that says so.

That actually didn’t address my point at all. Delaney was on because of polling and Gravel should have been on because of donors. I was saying they didn’t prioritize those characteristics. What you just quoted states candidates who meet both criteria.
