Brand is the best republican mayor Fresno ever had. His work with city council and the police help reduce sex trafficking better than ever. Dyer couldn't even negotiate a budget when he was chief, it took a majority dem council and Brand to push forward.

I think Brand has done a good job considering the circumstances. I feel he is handling this in a measured manner. Shirinian just wants to open and have money coming in at any cost. I feel the sign of a poor leader is to just quit like he did. He didnt get exactly what he wanted.
