No idea on M4A but I've had conservatives argue it's lobbyists from the solar/biofuels/sustainable plastics industries. And those groups certainly do have lobbyists, but like, have you seen what kind of money the oil companies put into the game?
Green energy lobbyists make sense but you’re exactly right, the term oil money exists for a reason and I’m sure they’d put 100x whatever a wind lobbyist would.
