Removing Bernie from the ballot isn't "cancelling" the primary, and people conflating the two are confusing the issue more than it already is. The real question you should be asking is whether Liz Warren is still ON that ballot.
From what I’ve read the preside always primary is cancelled in NY so it will not be on the ballot or votes for it won’t be counted and all delegates will go to Biden.
