So I gained quite a bit of weight over the course of my campaign and quarantine def isn’t helping so I decided to start running in the mornings. Made it 5 days in a row and all I have to say is this “runner’s high” people talk about is absolutely fake news.

It’s only at longer distances and the more you run the longer it is. It takes me 6 miles to get that feeling :/
