Oh come on now. Maybe do some YouTube kettlebell workouts. I started running again during quarantine and taking two weeks to work on my core first made all of the difference. Don't give up yet, it will happen.

I think you have to break through to a certain level of competency/body preparedness. I find that when I start up it hurts for a bit. Timing how intense and how often changes and gets trickier with age & how in-shape you are.
