$1200 isn’t enough to cover 1 month of rent in most places and since mortgages are frozen doesn’t it make sense to cancel rent? Landlords will be a huge reason this becomes an actual recession when business opens back up.

Most big banks have it. For Wells Fargo it was literally the click of a button.

@WHEDAadvantage services my loan but@FannieMae holds it. was told my only option was a 4-month forbearance plan. so, i need to make half my usual payment for four months and ultimately could end up paying more over the life of the loanThanks.
