Mortgages are frozen?
$1200 isn’t enough to cover 1 month of rent in most places and since mortgages are frozen doesn’t it make sense to cancel rent? Landlords will be a huge reason this becomes an actual recession when business opens back up.

Asian countries are way ahead of the USA. Some have frozen ALL DEBTS, to include credit cards or loans, ALL debts, so rents and so on have proven to be the biggest relief followed by food, and medical.
