This is wild. California's Governor @GavinNewsom better than New York Governor @AndrewCuomo? That latest Zogby poll looked really bad for the Cuomo and his allies in the DNC—there must be a scramble on. One thing I know for sure, Newsom would beat Trump.

As opposed to Cuomo? Or against Trump? Newsom doesn't have to go for the Jos. A. Banks version of Pat Riley look so he could make himself seem less slick and big city. If the point is to turn out the Dem base I think he is better positioned than Cuomo.
