I think it's partly because charities, non-profits & core service agencies still had rental assistance funds to distribute this month. I think most have already have run out or will run out before May rent is due. Also, some people had still worked half a month or more in March.
Yea and I’m assuming people weren’t clear on how to defer their rent. I was expecting it to be around 65%. Next month should be interesting.

Yup. I think a lot of people didn't know protections were in place, so they scrapped together what they could to ensure they kept a roof over their head for another month. May and June will both be very interesting. Hoping we get more rental assistance funds before then.
