Dary is right that an emergency UBI passed for the duration of a specific crisis is not the same as a "UBI experiment." Tulsi's bill is a good idea and you know I'm for some kind of basic income, but this is a crisis measure. So let's focus on helping the people in crisis.
An experiment by definition can’t have extenuating circumstances.
