      Yup. 20 yrs ago I know ppl up north who would not come to my house near downtown now suddenly those same ppl think it is cool. But this is how it is in every city: gentrification.

      Visiting seems to be how it starts. If they decide they like it enough, they stay. It is disturbing how much gentrification is happening across Calif and the U.S.

      We are literally the last place in Cali that can be gentrified. I’ve been screaming this for two years. Fresno has the second largest increase in rent prices in California next to......OAKLAND

          I've been researching this and working on stories about it. So I would love to hear it. The forces for this have been at work in Fresno for a long time. Just like elsewhere.
