And who said the Supreme Court is an impartial body, interested only in interpreting the law fairly? They are just as partisan as the other branches and yes, yet another death blow to America and democracy.

Pete Buttigieg certainly didn't say that. Democratic reform including reform to the SCOTUS structure was one of the first issues he raised when he started running.
