1/3 I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. For some this will be the first holiday they celebrate without a certain loved one. It will absolutely suck and there really isn’t anything that can make that ache go away.

2/3 Try to cherish the memories you had together and remember that in many cases they are free from the pain they felt while alive. It’s ok to talk about what you’re feeling. People often say it gets easier with time and frankly that’s just a lie.

3/3 Find a friend or family or really just anyone who is willing to listen because that’s the only thing that makes it a little bit easier this holiday season.
