We thank our many servicemen and women on Veterans Day. Their commitment, dedication, and sacrifice to our country is unmatched. It's not just enough to say thank you though.

If we want to thank our veterans there needs to be solutions and actions to back up those words. Parades are nice, but if you ask a vet which they want more, I would be willing to bet they would want us to be making sure a Vet isn’t homeless or can get the mental health treatment

they need or making sure their VA benefits are paid on time and not delayed. We owe them. We owe them this and so much more. Parades and thank you’s just aren’t enough.
