Some stats about the Central Valley:
The rate of poverty in Tulare and Fresno counties is 19.95, nearly double the national average.
More than 100,000 people are without clean water, including families and young children.
This is why I’m running for Congress.

The incentive needs to be driven by consumers. The change SHOULD be drive by market but unfortunately the current version of capitalism has killed competition, ultimately leading to the oligopolies operating concurrently with our “representatives” to defraud everyday Americans.
