No. If they wanna get recognized they should have to work equally as hard as big youtubers

I'm not saying they have to work less than big YouTubers (I'd argue they have to work harder if they actually care about their craft). I'm just saying that YouTube should work on helping those people who're working harder get found by other people.

To elaborate, I'm not saying that smaller YouTubers should get an automatic boost from YouTube. Rather they should make it easier for smaller channels to get noticed and let people be the judge of what's good or not.
