Simple, the states look at their median income levels and cost of living index and adjust accordingly, like all states already do. That way you dont set NYC wages for middle of nowhere AL. Common sense isn't always common.

This would be funnier if you weren't a Legislator in a State that is also your deputy party whip. So instead it's pathetic and should disqualify you from holding office. You don't know basic principles of government or the issues facing us.
