I’m at EU Foreign Affairs meeting in Zagreb;

tells me they welcome the ceasefire with Turkey and Syria. EU now needs to engage with Ankara and Moscow - clearly suggestion that more money for Turkey could be on table to help them deal with the 4 million migrants
