  Forbes is wrong. Google, FB, etc can only track via cookies. #FCC regs blocked spying on all data packets. They now can spy on everything.

  Except ISPs *should* be singled out to prevent data mining, and their customers allowed to opt-out of such practices.

  This article mentions google and facebook--you can easily opt-out of tracking methods using private browsing modes. Not so with ISPs.
