My opponent @ACampaNajjar is a tax cheat. For five years in a row he has evaded his legal obligation to pay the California franchise tax on his LLC. Our Small Businesses pay more than a Billion in franchise tax each year.

It doesn't matter. If you live in California you have to register any Out of State LLC you own with the SOS and pay the franchise tax.
