There have been 9 Supreme Court Justices for over 150 years — it should stay that way. Court-packing would create a vicious cycle of counter-packing that would end with the total destruction of The Supreme Court’s integrity.

I am alarmed by the Democratic threat to increase the Size of The Supreme Court next year if Democrats win control of The Federal Government. Not since FDR tried and failed to pack The Court has this dangerous proposition ever been given serious consideration.
