  Wrong. I grew up in Escondido in the 1960s. I remember "smog days" at school. No recess outside. Air so thick you couldn't see the fields past the playground. Emissions reductions worked. I'm a living witness. GOP desire to lower emissions standards is purely for greed. Again.
