What's frightening however is 4 judges were against. This decision should have been an easy 9-0. There can be no doubt today that the 4 "liberal" judges are now fully activist judges. Good grief.

If his intention was to"restrict dangerous foreign nationals," then why isn't Saudi Arabia, which was largely responsible for 9/11, on the list? Could it be because Trump has several business affairs there? Sounds like he's promoting racism & protecting his investments.
