Netherlands is interesting coz u don't pay capital gains tax, only 1.2% annual wealth tax. Belgium has no capital gains tax, nor wealth tax.

yup, but only if you invest for private account long term, not if profession. Belgium has high taxes on employment, but low on capital.

I know they ended the speculation tax as soon as they launched it :p Not planning on cashing out yet, happy riding the waves of the market.
