Also known as hell week. Usually takes a week of the pain in my feet and knees to die after the run. Hate running. Hate not being able to run more.

Takes to long. I run little over 10 miles in 1h45 minutes in the morning. I live close to a 'hilly' area and it hurts less when I run uphill. To get the same work done with a bike it would take longer... Plus figuring out a new route.. could be down but for now this works...

They're working on the soft underground runners mile thing close to me so I can't run on that without a detour so I'm waiting on that to be done. Might be able to cut down on Fridays by running. A little on Tuesdays.

Love biking tho my dad is a beast when it comes to running and biking, dude is 72 and would probably kick most of cryptos ass when it comes to endurance sport.
