Just to be super clear, we're not saying anything is wrong with the actual video and thank you for doing a great job moderating the comments section. These recent actions are due to an abundance of caution related to content that may endanger minors.

Not all channels do moderate and we've had to take an aggressive approach and more broad action at this time. We’re also investing in improving our tools to detect/remove this content, so we rely on your moderation less.

I can understand that you are dealing with a widespread issue. But these videos were then manually reviewed. If they pose no harm, then why weren’t they approved? And how does demonetizing content do anything to stop potential predators?pic.twitter.com/GZT5eeXfZu

This helps literally nobody and it basically rewards trolls or is this confirming that demonitized videos dont get views? Anyway it seems like horrible move on your part and it hurts the already broken trust we have as creators.

YouTube just approved that demonetizing a video will cause in less suggestions, search rainking and views... a thing that they always denied. Thanks
@TeamYouTube to clairyfy this.4 replies 45 retweets 1,103 likes -

It's the worst idea and an easy target for trolls. This will even harm the small and newest content creators like myself. It's funny that YouTube wants to tackle this when they can't even fix their own Fair Use policy crap either and are planning on tackling this??!

Yea! You read right folks! Created video that I tried contacting
@TeamYouTube for 2 years now and no help was given at all. I'm a small content creator and in their eyes I'm ignored. And this new action by them is going harm everyone. A new platform competition is needed ASAP.6 replies 11 retweets 280 likes -

It's clear
@TeamYouTube@youtube doesn't care about anyone at this point. Makes sense why they've finally decided to take drastic measure. The moment their blood supply of ad $$$ from advertisers is endangered in being pulled off, that's when they take action & dub it "solution".2 replies 4 retweets 121 likes -

This is the exact record that is being played again! Because it did happen before when ad-pacalypse happened and how they decided to take that very same drastic measure in adding unnecessary hurdles for content creators and call it a solution when it is not.

Also add to that list Logan Paul visit to Japan in filming a dead corps. YouTube didn't take an action for a long time, later they did. And then the dude does a Sorry Ass excuse aplogy video WHICH mind you he has it monotized. If you're makin a legit apology don't monotize it.
