  3. And one (more!) beer to a great . It'd have been one of the best if it weren't for what happened last week. I'm quite happy about how all my talks went. Good turnaround, good questions... But I'm probably not doing this *3 talks in 2 days* thing again anytime soon :-O

Nice talk. In particular, *very* nice, quick but yet really clear overview of the spec. exec. HW vulns. And I really like the "what major cloud providers do about them (when we even know)" angle too

MMTtests for benchmarking Virtualization done too. Not for me to tell, but I think it went well. And the room was pretty full, which is always nice Happy to see that having "Virtualization" in the title still attracts people :-) Thanks for the pictures!

"it’s no exaggeration to say that the project may not be here without him." It really is not exaggeration. Lars has been instrumental for the project survival (and then for it's flourishing!) will miss him as a leader just as much as we'll miss him as a friend. :-(

I've been working on making a great benchmarking suite (MMTests, by & Perf Team) better for running benchmarks in VMs. Even in multiple VMs, at the same time and "in lockstep" I'll show how far I got, as of now, tomorrow at

Lars was AWESOME as colleague, ex-colleague and friend How incredibly important and effective his work has been for and for OpenSource virtualization as whole, impossible to express here (would require pages, not tweets) We'll miss him. A lot – at Aeroporto di Pisa "Galileo Galilei" (PSA)
