@DanteLabs I didn't get my results since black Friday and you stopped responding to emails. I guess if you are late you need at least to tell your customers something or I'll have to complain to Amazon

@sharno3. My sample was sent early December, I have been trying contact via email for 2 weeks (including andrea’s email) and no answer. Was your issue resolved? Info I got in Jan/Feb were conflicting regarding my test’s status. Thanks. -
And they even didn't answer me on the DM even that they told me to contact them there. I really don't understand the level of incompetence considering their customer support. But I guarantee you that wouldn't bring them more customers
