Yes, it would be expensive to send the HDD but why not an SFTP link? They're storing the data already. It just needs a time limited link. GENOS doesn't charge for raw data of whole exome and it's a download. Smaller files, but still relevant

We'll look into that link! Be aware, WES contains only ~ 5.7gb compared to 150gb from WGS, if it's purely principle we'd have no problem! E.g some areas have higher connection speeds so download/upload of 150gb is fine, compared to others with poorer connections ect.
