    because👏🏿investors👏🏿will👏🏿 support👏🏿 anything/anyone👏🏿 that👏🏿 gets👏🏿 them👏🏿more👏🏿money. Want to know why Uber's CEO was voted out? not the scandals, but the fact that the value of the investment was decreasing for the VC firms that backed him.

    Advertisers appear unfazed by the scandal per Zuckerberg and still dump their money into his company by the truckloads and so his stock booms despite doubts in his leadership.

    A new transfer learning contest from OpenAI where you train your algorithm on levels of a particular game, then test on never-before-seen levels. (Spoiler: humans are great at this, algorithms have a long way to go.)

    I'm looking at the Sonic AI challenge, and I disagree here. I bet a decent AI would use Up to look up and see parts of the level when it's an unknown level, and that's important in Sonic.

    I saw a presentation from Twitter about how they can tie your tweet about a sporting event or TV show to the car ad you very likely watched 2 minutes prior. Then the car company could then target you with follow up ads. Combine that with FB Custom Audiences & you can't escape.

    Correct. Twitter grants firehose access to all of its data for obscene amounts of money. It's done it for years. I had firehose as part of a movie distribution gig a few years ago and the dashboard and export options were absolutely terrifying. Can't imagine what it's like now.
