I agree they should be fairly paid. Outsourcing is not the business of any union or employee. That's a perfectly acceptable management decision.

No, it's not. It's a policy failure, allowed by NAFTA, and has led to the destruction of the middle class, blue collar jobs, and increased the wealth gap. Outsourcing to other countries also led to the shortages were facing. Outsourcing should be illegal.
